The eLEMONader is a very popular concession and has won numerous awards. The
unit is a fiberglass roll-off cart unit in the shape of a giant lemon. Water, sewer and 30
amps of 110v electricity are all that is needed. The space required is approximately 15’
x 25’. Because of the shape and small stature of the eLEMONader it is a great
standalone unit, working well in out of the ordinary locations.
We appeal to all ages of fairgoers providing a unique, individually handmade refreshing
alternative to cola sodas. Unlike other concession stands the eLEMONader has a
personality all its own with a large array of fruity decorations, live flowering plants, bright
uniforms and creative signage. We offer Fresh Hand Squeezed Lemonade and Blended
Frozen Lemonade Slushies’ in a variety of fruit flavors. The eLEMONader also offers
fresh handmade sugar free lemonade not offered by any of our competition. The
eLEMONader was the recipient of the “Superior Food Concession Stand” award at the
Alameda County Fair.
